EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
You can make the 1st exchange or return of your order completely free! One of our values is transparency, and that’s why we pay attention to the Consumer Protection Code!
1. Request for exchange or return:
You must make a request by sending an email to contato@honman.com.br, within seven (7) calendar days after the collection of your order. We will respond to your email within 2 (two) business days with the information to proceed with your request.
In the subject of the email, you should put EXCHANGE or RETURN, and in the body, include the following information:
- full name;
- order number;
- reason for exchange or return;
- items to be exchanged and/or returned;
- request: Exchange or Return with Refund.
2. Sending the items for exchange or return:
After we receive your request email, we will analyze your order and respond with instructions, a code for reverse shipping, and the deadline for you to go to a post office to send the items you wish to exchange/return.
You can use the same packaging we sent you to return the product!
Be aware! For an exchange or return to be made, we only accept items without any alterations, just as we sent them to you, that is:
- that do not show signs of use (we will not exchange used products, with odors, or that have been altered in any way);
- contain all tags intact;
- be sent along with a declaration of contents or invoice.
3. Exchange procedure:
The product will be exchanged for the same item (in another size) or for a credit in the form of a coupon in your name, with the amount paid for the item to be used on your next purchase. The coupon will be valid for 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after our notification and will not be cumulative with other discounts or cashback. The credit amount will always refer to the actual amount paid for each product, including discounts and promotions.
4. Refund, in case of return:
If you choose to return, you will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product. For card payments, the refund will be made through a reversal or cancellation of the transaction with the credit card issuer. You will receive the amount according to the policy of your card issuer, which is exclusively responsible for the customer’s invoice. For payments made by Bank Slip, Transfer, or PIX, the refund will be made by bank transfer according to the details used at the time of purchase (if necessary, we will contact you to confirm the bank details). The refund amount will be the same as what was paid for the returned item. In the case of promotional products, the refunded amount will be based on the price at the time of purchase. In case of partial return, the amount paid for shipping will not be refunded. The deadline is 07 business days after receiving the product.
5. Product arrived damaged or with a defect:
If you identify a problem or apparent defect, send us an email within 30 days with the procedure described for exchange and return, including a photo of the product and a description of the defect that we will resolve!
Be aware! At the time of collection, if you notice that the packaging has been tampered with, immediately refuse the delivery, or take uncollected photos.
6. Deadline for exchange or return of the product:
The return of the item may take from 1 to 14 days after its shipment to reach our stock. As soon as we receive it, we will notify you. The items will go through the inspection and quality process, which will take up to 5 (five) business days. After this process, you will receive an email about the status of your request, informing you of the new tracking for the return shipment, refund, or credit on the site.
7. Withdrawal:
For orders that have already been shipped, you may request a Suspension/Cancellation of the Order. The refund will be made after we suspend the delivery with the selected carrier. The request must be made via email to contato@honman.com.br.
8. Socks and Underwear (Underwear):
For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange underwear and socks. If an opened underwear or sock is sent for exchange, along with other items, it will not be replaced with a new one or refunded. In cases of manufacturing defects, the procedure applies as per item 5.

CARE GUIDE
Thank you for choosing our natural fiber pieces! Our items are pre-washed to avoid surprises with shrinkage after the first wash at home. However, since they are made of natural fibers, small variations may occur. To ensure your clothes remain beautiful and comfortable for a long time, follow these washing tips:
- Hand Washing: Use cold water and mild soap, gently agitating.
- Machine Washing: If you choose to wash in the machine, use a delicate cycle and laundry bags. In addition to cold water, use mild soap.
- Do not use fabric softeners.
- Avoid wringing the clothes: Wringing the clothes can damage the fibers and cause distortions.
- Drying: Air dry, preferably in the shade. Avoid dryers.
- Ironing: Iron at medium temperature.
- Storage: Store in a dry, ventilated place away from sunlight.
