Are the products original?
Yes, we only work with original products from various global brands.
I bought more than one product in the same order, but I only received part of them. Is this normal?
This can happen. This type of situation occurs when there are different suppliers for the chosen products. If it happens, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders. Since they are two different packages, there will be two distinct checks at the Federal Revenue, which may result in different delivery times.
Where is your store located?
We at Honman do not have a physical store. We understand the digital market as the heart of our business, which is why we only process orders in our virtual store. All orders are handled and shipped from our suppliers around the world directly to your home.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately (same day). We prepare orders for shipping quickly (we are fast!). Most orders are shipped the day after purchase. Once our logistics team has processed your order and it has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
We emphasize your right to accept or refuse the receipt of the order, or any part of it, even after the customer has received the order confirmation or the payment has been authorized by the credit card.
If the credit card administrator has already authorized the purchase and it is canceled, we will refund the amount through the original payment method.
NOTE: Any order that has been invoiced or shipped cannot be canceled.
