Shipping Policy
Honman works with the following shipping method:
- International shipping products
1.1. Purchase policy
All products available at www.honman.com.br are shipped directly from our suppliers abroad (Switzerland, Sweden, United States, and China) to the address provided at the time of purchase, and delivery takes between 15 to 35 business days (on average after the product is posted) depending on the location. The product is shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation in our system. We clarify that Honman is an intermediary; we purchase the parts in the countries mentioned above and resell them in Brazil.
Orders made via bank slip take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to monitor the progress of their order delivery.
Attention: In certain cases, this delivery time may extend by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, and other situations beyond the store's control.
The store guarantees the delivery of the order; we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for lost products or if they are lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking; the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.
1.2. Insured shipping
"If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days from posting, except for cases beyond the store's control, the amount paid will be 100% refunded on that date."
Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry, as this is completely normal.
1.3. Order Tracking
Products will be shipped by the Post Office or another carrier; there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the progress of the delivery. Honman commits to instructing the customer on how to track the products. The code for accessing the tracking will be sent to your email as soon as it is available for Honman.
The tracking code for the order is provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
The tracking code may take 5 to 10 days to start showing shipping information on the Post Office's website.
1.4. Customs Tax
In some cases, there is a possibility of a postal dispatch charge of R$ 15.00 by the Post Office; if this occurs, the payment of the postal dispatch is the customer's responsibility.

2.1. Care with Addressing Orders
Honman will arrange for the shipment of products to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask for attention when filling out the address where you wish to receive your order.
2.2. Recipient Absent
Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office usually makes three delivery attempts; if there is no one at the address to receive the package during any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office to the address, and in this case, the recipient will need to pick it up at the Post Office within 7 calendar days. The store is not responsible in case of failure to pick up the order at the Post Office.
All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be monitored on the Post Office's website using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Honman is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders made in the store. If there is an incorrect or incomplete address, according to Post Office regulations, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address, and it is the customer's responsibility to attempt to recover the package(s) with the Post Office.
