Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Sale of Honman, hereinafter simply referred to as Honman and, on the other side, the Honman customer, qualified at the time of purchase of Honman products, hereinafter simply referred to as Customer.
Considering that Honman sells products and services online. Considering the Customer's interest in purchasing the products offered by Honman ("Products") through its sales channels; This contract aims to establish the general conditions for the use and purchase of products and services by the customer of the Honman website.
- Confidentiality: it is the responsibility of Honman to preserve the confidentiality of all data and information provided by the Customer during the purchase process. The security of the site is audited daily and guaranteed against hacking attempts, through the "Site Blindado" seal.
- Customer Service (SAC): The customer has access to this service to clarify doubts, resolve any requests or complaints regarding their order, or any content available on the site. The SAC can be contacted by phone or through the website form.
- Delivery policy: the delivery time for the Products is informed during the purchase process, counted in business days. Deliveries of Products are made from Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 10 PM. Exceptionally, some deliveries of Products may occur on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
3.1. The verification of the product's dimensions is the responsibility of the Customer, who must ensure that these comply with the spatial limits of elevators, doors, and corridors at the delivery location. Assembly or disassembly of the product, transport via stairs and/or doors and windows, or hoisting of deliveries will not be performed.
3.2. Up to three delivery attempts will be made at the specified location, on alternate days, with an interval of up to 48 hours between each delivery. It is essential that, at the requested address, there is an authorized person by the buyer, over 18 years old, and carrying identification to receive the goods and sign the delivery protocol. If there are three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order will return to Honman's Distribution Center.
3.3. After the order is finalized, it is not possible to change the payment method and/or delivery address, request an advance, or prioritize the delivery.
3.4. The delivery time informed during the product purchase process takes into account stock, region, invoicing process, and product preparation time. With each update on the delivery status of the order, Honman's system automatically sends alert emails to the Customer.
3.5 The delivery freight cost is calculated based on the delivery location, weight, and dimensions of the Product.
3.6. Honman does not authorize the carrier to: enter the home; deliver by alternative means (e.g., hoisting the product through a window); perform installation or maintenance of products; open the product packaging; deliver to an address different from that stated on the DANFE; deliver to a minor or without identification.
3.7. Honman is not responsible for the retention of goods at SEFA when this is solely due to customer issues, making it necessary for them to appear at the tax office for the goods to be released, considering that in these cases, information regarding releases and payments is only provided to interested parties.
- Right of withdrawal: the Customer will have the option to exercise the right of withdrawal from the purchase, for the purpose of returning the Product, in which case the following conditions must be observed: the deadline for withdrawing from the purchase of the product is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt; in case of return, the product must be returned to Honman in its original packaging, accompanied by the DANFE (Auxiliary Document of the Electronic Invoice), the manual, and all its accessories.
4.1. The Customer must request the return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, in the "cancel order" section. The expenses arising from the collection or posting of the Product will be borne by Honman.
4.2. After the product arrives at the Distribution Center, Honman will verify if the above conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for a refund of the total purchase amount.
4.3. For purchases made with a credit card, the card issuer will be notified, and the refund will occur on the next or subsequent invoice, in one installment, regardless of the number of installments used in the purchase. The refund period and the collection of remaining installments after the full refund of the Product amount on the Customer's credit card made by Honman is the responsibility of the card issuer. In the event of future installment charges by the card issuer, the Customer will not be charged, as Honman, as mentioned above, refunds the full amount of the Product in one installment, with the credit related to the refund granted entirely by the card issuer on the billing invoice following the month of cancellation.
4.4. For purchases paid with a bank slip or debit, the refund will be made by bank deposit, within 10 (ten) business days, only to the checking account of the buyer, which must be individual. It is necessary that the CPF of the account holder is provided.
